You’re walking along, thinking that you’ve done pretty good today. The comic is done, all you have to do is sit back and relax and let Spam take care of the hard part. Then, the comic goes up and you look at the rant and say to yourself, “Why is my rant from last Friday still up?” Then it hits you like a gust of wind; you forgot to write a new rant for today!

I suppose that this is the better of the two things to forget. If I had forgotten to do the comic, that would have been disastrous! I don’t even want to think of the chaos that would ensue should I have missed doing the comic! I have gone nuts enough when I am late, let alone forget entirely. So, it is definitely better to have a brain freeze on the rant.

Well, I have been not ranting lately, and I am sorry. I want to rant about my experience yesterday. I took Purplefire and our son Dash to a near by city. Being from a smaller type of town, I don’t like to drive so we took public transportation in.

I think that I can honestly say that was the best decision I have made all year. When we were leaving it start to get bad weather and the traffic out of town on the way home was awful.

We had a good time except for the 30 minute wait outside that we experienced for our bus to get there and pick us up. The place that we went and the lack of people that was there was a wonderful experience. We pretty much had to place to ourselves. However, if you ask Dash what he remembers from the trip, he will say the train ride. Oh how he loves trains.
