Well, this building went better, I think because I simply put down some light guidelines of what I wanted first. Those first lines were not straight by any figment of the imagination, but it helped to see where the heck I was going with the drawing. I had been studying so many buildings lately, trying to come up with a look for the Enchanter’s Guild house. I studied castles from Spain , Germany , and France , cathedrals from France , and the Czech Republic , temples from Asia , and buildings from the Lord of the Rings movies, hoping to get a pretty good grasp on a great building. I do not know if this building would be considered great, (it still looks pretty stiff to me) but it is so much better than my first attempt at the Enchanter’s guild house.

I was almost ready to re trace the entire comic onto another piece of paper because I kept smudging the pencil lines, but I knew that if I did that, I would fall behind and the comic would get up late again tomorrow. So, for all of the smudges that are still on this comic, I sincerely apologize.

For my first two rants, I had made the rant a day or to ahead. Unfortunately with the chaos that has been this week, I was unable to prepare ahead of time.

I am currently writing this as I am getting ready to send the files to myself so I can post them first thing in the morning. So if my thoughts are not as well refined as the last two rants, you now know the reason.

I did want to take the time to thank you for your support of this site. I would also like to thank you for telling me to give up ranting like a maniac! :)

I was thinking about what this rant should be about, and I had quite a few ideas that came to mind. Unfortunately, they all involved using technical terms that I don't think that I have the time or ability to explain properly so that left me at a stand still. What should I talk about?

I still don't know what to talk about. I guess I could talk about why the comic was late on Wednesday, but if you go to forums you can see my excuse for getting it posted late. Needless to say, I couldn't breathe at work on that day. Most of the time my job is quite the non-stressful job. I have enough work to do to keep me busy, but not too much to where I cannot even think by the end of the day.

However, Wednesday was one of those days where you go in with a decent list of things to do and walk out after doing 40-50 things and only 3 of those things were on your original list. I love those days!

Well, I guess I did find something to talk about after all. Have a good Friday! T.G.I.F.
